Dear Intercessors and family,
here are some photos from this four day seminar.

Tom's message in the Sunday morning service
pulled the whole theme together as he spoke
on the Kingdom and how we must be in the Kingdom
to experience the power and the glory of God.

Al taught on the Signs of The Presence of God's
Glory in the afternoon and about six folks received
gold or silver in their mouths.

Last night we had a powerfull meeting which began
during the prayer session when a former herion
addict of 20 years was set free. (pic of tall
man with Tom.) His wife had attended a meeting
in Hamburg, Germany last fall when we were there.
She also recieved a miracle in her vision (see
her reading her Bible)hip, feet, legs and allergies.


During the worship in the night service Billie had
a word about the GOODNESS of God and He proclaimed
His goodness in Salvation, deliverance, healing,
Jesus death on the cross (it pleased the Father to
bruise Him) and the whole church was enveloped in
the goodness of God. It came in realms like waves
and nearly knocked Tom G. over as he was standing
at the front. (see picture)

Al yelled, "Hang ten, Tom." It continued for some
time then the JOY of the Lord filled the room and
folks began to be delivered as they experienced the
joy of the Lord and holy laughter. I was beginning
to believe that there was no need to preach.

But I knew that God wanted me to speak on His Holiness
which I did then everyone was down under the weight
of His glory. A suitable closing to the four day
meetings on The Kingdom, the Power and the Glory.

We will begin teaching in the Bible Training SChool
tomorrow with 8 sessions on Prophetic Prayer and
that will bring us to the next session with Ana
Mendez from Mexico and Stanley Dovine from Malawi.

Dear Friends and Intercessors,
We have not had an opportunity to write since the
conference started here at Rechobot. With three
sessions a day there is not much time left except
to eat, rest and wait on the Lord for the next
message.

Billie coughed continuously at night until Saturday
night when the miracle realm was so high in the
meeting that she received a touch in her throat.
Al seems to have more of a head cold and drainage.

Prayer point. Al lost his glasses on the cruise
and is using Billies reading glasses to preach.
Pray for him since there are six more weeks before
we return.

The theme is The Kingdom, The Power and the Glory
and we have taught on these subjects each day.
Today Tom will teach this morning and Al will
speak on the Keys to Entering and Living in the
Glory. Tonight Billie will teach on Holiness.

We see good response from the people to learning
how to respond to the presence of God and they
are beginning to step into the revelation of
what we are teaching and receive the impartation
of what we carry in the Spirit.

Stay on the wall and Good Memorial DAy to those
in America.

We will rest and clearn our lovely room tomorrow
and do some laundry and prepare for the coming
sessions on prayer Tues and Wed.

3. Lady healed of shoulder problem


We are in Chantilly area now about an hour from Paris. We have been here for
a week now staying with a family with three little girls Kathy 4, Anice 3, and
Emma 8 months. This family is one of the leaders in the church and the husband,
Oliver is the cousin of the pastor, David. They have been very generous to us.
Their home is new and they just moved in 8 months ago. Our bedroom is private
on the first floor and we have a toilet near us. They have a washer and a dryer
which is not always normal in Europe. We are happy about that as the weather
is cold and rainy now. Tomorrow we will have to wash and pack for our trip to
Switzerland on Wednesday.

We have had a full week here with some days of rest which we both need as we are
recovering from colds. Al had a difficult time breathing last night but is better today.
Billie symptoms seem to be in her eyes and her chest. She preached this morning
on the subject of The Church After Pentecost. It was a challenging message to the
young church which is growing by 8 new people each week. They have moved into
a new building which has room to expand further in the future. A man was healed of
irregular heartbeat and another of partial deafness. One lady had a painful shoulder.
A demon manifested during the time when Billie was preaching on the second point
Of the message: The church after Pentecost was a church of power. At the command
The demon stopped creating a disturbance in the meeting and the woman was removed
To an outer room where she was ministered to while Billie continued the message.

One lady who received a miraculous deliverance on Thursday night reported today
that she was free and that God had given her a love for the Decks even before we
came to France. She voiced her love today through a translator and showed her
gratitude for the deliverance. She had a malady since her parents divorced when
she was ten years old..

After the meeting and ministry the entire church enjoyed a French meal together.
Lots of lovely dishes and desserts were presented by the church family. This is
a monthly occurrence and we were happy that we were able to participate in it
this month. Oh la la.

Last night Billie had an encounter with the Holy Spirit transporting her to the USA
Where she experienced a mass exodus of the area of Northern VA and DC during
an attack of some kind. She was preaching and suddenly the church building was
under attack and began to crumble. All of a sudden she was on a bus being evacuated
to an area outside of Northern Va. She cannot recall everything now and had to
preach this morning so was not able to lay before the Lord for the explanation of
the experience. Please help her pray into it for the revelation of what God is trying
to show her and the church. She preached with great passion today as she warned
the church of the end times and their need for the passion of Christ for lost souls
and for their obedience to the heavenly call.

Al is seen as a powerful apostolic father in these churches and the young men flock
To him. We met a young man from Switzerland in the French Alps who came in
yesterday for the Jesus March which was a great success. He has invited us to come
to his area to minister in October. His name is Jean Baptiste. Very fitting don’t you
think?

Please pray for the meeting Monday night when we plan to speak on Esther and
receiving the scepter from the King.
Tuesday we will pack and be ready for the long day of travel to Switzerland beginning
Very early with a drive to the heart of Paris where we catch the fast train to Zurich

Stay on the wall. Last night was really a time of need for us as Al could not breathe
and we did not sleep until around 2 AM. We are depending completely on the
grace of God and His provision for us, His servants.

Arrived in Switzerland Wednesday and began our
conference at Rechobot.
Billie preached twice today after coughing all night.
she could not speak when she woke up but hot tea
and the grace of God made her a flame of fire both
services. Preaching on Thine is the Kingdom in the
first service from Matthew 6 and Keys to Kingdom
\Come living from Eph 3 in the second. Al speaks
tonight with a message on The Coming King.

We are having three meetings a day but one of the
young men from Malwai will will speak at the 3pm
services tomorrow and Saturday.

We are staying with Tom and Lisa and their three
children. They have a new baby girl three months
old the 6th of June.

We will teach the Bible School next week on prayer
and stay for the Pentecost week end with Ana Mendez.

Hearing from our friends in Malta who we missed
seeing they wish us to come to refresh them. Please
pray for Ed and May. Also our son in law Michael
who will be having special treatments next week on
his back.

We send our love and will try to get some picutres
here soon. Seven people had their hearing miracles
today.

CRUISE MINISTRY REPORT
Sunday May 14, 2006
Naples, Italy

Today I gave Hearing the Heart of God book to Edgardo, Filipino cabin master
and witnessed to him about tongues, born again, Catholic, Anti Christ, etc. Yesterday he had heard us on the balcony speaking in tongues and he was interested. He said he was Catholic and that the Charasmatics came to Phillipines and “taught them to speak in tongues.” He was not even sure that he is born again. He is so hungry and says that working on the ship is not easy to live His life. He said his language does not reflect his faith. Later on in the day when Al returned from the tour we prayed with him and
told him he could be sure of his salvation.



When I spoke with Edguado yesterday on the balcony of our cabin I learned that he
knows the scriptures and about grace and Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. Pray for him
as he is now beginning over with Christ at the helm of his life.

Natalie , Fabian’s friend 3 years in the Lord., the first night was delivered of a spirit of offense. She learned to lay in the presence of the Lord. Saturday night we showed the slide show of the visible manifestations of The glory and God had put the visible golden glory on Billie during the afternoon during her worship time. A little feather fell on the computer so we took it to the meeting to show the slides. Afterwards some folks got gold and silver in their teeth.



Friday night we shared about second day worship…the anointing and third day worship of singing the new song in the Spirit. Then Billie shared about the two words she heard in the Throne Room in 1998, “Holy” and “Worthy” As Michel played Terry MacAlman’s tape Live Worship where he sings about the two words many folks lay in the weight of His presence for a time and some had visions. One pastors wife witnessed how she had gone away from the worship in spirit and truth as the scriptures encourage us to do. She
wept as the meetings had encouraged her to return to her First Love.

And experiences in the glory.

The Cabin steward, Edgardo asked me….”You came on the cruise to be a minister?’
I said, “Yes.”
“Your life is so simple.” He could tell by the atmosphere in our cabin. It must be different from other cabins he cleans during the day. Glory to God.



Martin the young man who serves our dinner each night helps me order then serves me large portions to prove his favor and love for me.
He overheard me witnessing to Marcus and Nellie, the pastors from Insbrook, Austria and said: “Your words go into my heart and encourage me.”
Two other servers shook their heads of approval from the service desk.
Like, “Me too.”.

We must always be aware that God has ‘listening ears’ whenever we speak.

Today, Sunday morning, I stayed behind to rest and pack while Al went ashore with the others to tour Naples.

If was to witness to Edguardo. He is married and has taken this tour to make money so he can stay at home and work in the hotel in the Philipines. He wants to have his own home so he can make more money on this cruise than he can in hotel service.
But I know that it was a set up by God for us to be able to witness and teach him so that he can establish his spiritual house. Amen.
When I was teaching him today he said, “When you speak my hair stands up.”
I explained him that Paul said that the “Spirit bares witness that the words we speak bear witness of truth.”
We praise the God of all glory for this cruise and the opportunity to serve our God in this area of ministry we had never known before.

I gave my books to the Filipinos and we pray that they will read them. They were happy that my picture was on the back. They had noticed them in the other cabins and saw my picture on the back of the books. Perhaps the Spirit will cause them to open the books and He will flood them with truth that they are ready to receive.

I will write more later about the French folks who we have met.

Michel Chevalier, the other minister on the cruise, is precious and knows many of the same people we know. Michel is French Canadian and has ministered in France for
some time. He has recently moved his family to America and is living in Dallas under the covering of Mike Murdock’s ministry. He considers Mike his spiritual father. Michel is in a healing mode so please pray with us for his complete recovery and restoration. Our spirits have been joined together on this cruise and we know that it is an eternal joining. He is also recently associated with Horizon Fellowship of Churches in Europe and has placed his church here with them. The associate pastors Cedric and Samantha are friends of ours as well. We knew each of them before they were married and saw them again last summer during camp at Ashland. Glory to God.

were bodies all over the floor and God
did a work in the hearts of the people.

Billie was sick yesterday and had a fever
but was delivered during worship.

We are attending the Horizon Family of Churches Convention in Paris, France.
Thursday night we met with the speakers and leaders to sense the heart and mind of the Father. John and Julie Steele are here from New Zealand and Joe Smith is a prophet from Florida in USA. Al and Billie are the apostolic parents who are sharing how they have been involved with the Baxters since before their wedding

On Friday we had the introduction of the churches in the nations which are in relation with Horizon Fellowship of Churches. Representatives from Germany, Romania,
Hungry, Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium and Holland.

Friday night the prophets and apostles shared their vision and inspiring messages
with the fellowship. It was a power filled night and the worship was truly in the
Holy of Holies. Al had a vision of a box held by two angels who were scooping
out lights from the box into the world

We rendezvoused with a Cedric, young man we met about five years ago at a Global Glory summit in Dallas. He is now the assistant to the pastor at a church in the south of
France. The pastor is Michel Chevalier who we will be helping with the teaching on
the cruise next week. Cedric’s wife is also a spiritual daughter of ours we met in North
Carolina when Billie spoke at a women’s conference a few years ago. Small world?

Today, Saturday is the last day of the conference and we are hearing the vision of the
Leader, Robert Baxter for the Horizon Family International. It was a truly inspiring
Message and I felt destiny in his voice as he spoke like a Martin Luther King in his
Message, “I have a dream.” The impartation of vision was very touching and challenging.

The afternoon was filled with sharing opportunities in Hungary, US and Ireland for
Festivals to minister in open areas in Ireland. The pastors from PA invited those who
are interested in developing leadership skills and who will be offered the opportunity
to spend some time with American churches who are assoiciated with the Horizon
Fellowship in North American.

We will be available to speak in the Tamil churches tomorrow who meet here in
this building. We are in a hotel just across the street from the church here in St Dennis.

Some of the conference attendees will go on a tour of Paris this afternoon and we
will hear the final address by John Steele and we will end with communion.

A French born man from Africa spoke about his vision for Congo, the heart of Africa.
He is beginning a work there 58 million. 4 times the size of France. 75% Catholic
As the Catholics were the first missionaries. Protestant are 15%. Evangelicals came after that by a former asssassian lead to the Lord by Evangelist TL Osborn. They stoled a cadivour and brought it to the meeting. TL said “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today
and forever.” The dead were resurrected. The man came forth and gave his heart
to the Lord. In 1969 he came to the Congo to preach the gospel. He was arrested
by the Catholics and they were going to drown him in a sack.

Pastor Claude shared his mission plan to bring the Congo to Jesus Christ. To underline Christian goals in the nation. He shared four areas that he intends to stress: Spiritual, economic, agriculture, training for youth and mothers with children, and orphanage for children who are living in the tombs of the dead.

The capitol city has 15 million. The state of this city was burning Pastor Claude’s heart and he presented to Pastor Robert. In July this man will go to Congo to begin the preparation for the ministry and Robert will join him for his visit to the continent of Africa.

The final night of the convention the pastors came forth to confirm the Lord’s selection
And election of Robert and Kathryn as apostolic leaders of the Horizon Fellowship of
Churches International.

Hosting four people from Ireland for lunch. Just now getting to email and packing to go to the hotel in Paris across from the church
where we will be closer for the conference.


We will meet with the travel agent tomorrow at 11:30 for the briefing for the cruise. She will be our translator.

Pray about this and the conference. We do not know when we will speak yet. I am very anointed to deliver God's word propheticly.

It is so evident that my prophetic voice has not been closed in Europe as it seems to be in America. For such a time as this.

Last night when we met with the intercessors to pray for the conference I saw a dream come true...several of Robert's spiritual sons (our spiritual grandsons) were standing before the map of nations and laying hands on it.

I turned to Al and said: "This is what I was born for. You just got to have me for a short while." I feel such a sense of destiny here
in what we are doing in France in particular and Europe in general. I know now why the enemy tried so hard to stop our being here.

We will finish our work while it is yet day and we will complete our assignment in Europe and the nations of the world which God sends us to build His kingdom.

I am tired of man building man's kingdom. I will only be associated with building God's kingdom for the rest of my years or until the King comes for me in His glory.

It is well with my soul.

Thanks to all who are joining us in this high endeavor in the building of God's kingdom on earth. Robert and Kathyrn Baxter are our spiritual children whom we have spent the most time with. Robert came to us when he was
just 17 and we have been spiritual parents to him since then. He attended those meetings in our den when he was
in college at JMU. He brought Kathryn to meet us before they were married and we have been there with and for
them since then. We count it a privilege to be assoicated with their vision and the opportunity to assist them in
that vision.

Continue to pray for the rest of the tour in the other countries and the preparation of those meetings and
personal impartations that will flow through us to those who God has ordained for this time. June to July 6th.
